Was playing around with it and went through the ordering process. W/ DHL it was 534 and with EMS it would've been about $20 cheaper.
Thanks max!

I'm not surprised prices have gone down on Japanese made gear. The way the Yen has been taking a pounding on the world market there's some deals to be had. I wonder how long it will take before the Yen finally rebounds?

Price Japan is what pressured me to order SR009's a few weeks ago. It was $3,860 after their more expensive shipping option, which, IIRC means the base price was $3,700ish. Looks like I could have gotten them a bit cheaper this weak, but meh.

It's tempting here too. Tempting to ping Yamamoto about the HA-03 as well.

The new Toro y Moi album Anything In Return arrived the other day. I'm liking it so far. Also got the new Yo La Tengo and Pantha du Prince coming in the next few days.
Then next week it's the new Tegan & Sara. Yeeeeeah.
Other releases I'm looking forward to this year: more Bvdub stuff, the new Low album, the Earl Sweatshirt album (...maybe?), the new Gorguts (....maybe...?).
Good tastes...check out the new nosaj thing and the new unknown mortal orchestra

It's not so much the gear, it's the falling yen. If it keeps going down, so will prices on everything.

I keep finding myself staring at the Woo WA7 Fireflies:
As I want to get a small tube amp for my office, this kind of seems ideal (includes a DAC too). Seeing that last picture with a pair of CIEMs has me hopeful that there wont be any audible background noise. Thing is, I really don't care for the other Woo dynamic amps I've tried (including the WA22 which I owned briefly), so I'm a bit hesitant to go that route.
