The diary entries of a little girl in her 30s! ~ Part 2 - Page 636

Eke - how about stretching out the schooling by taking fewer classes and working part-time? Would that help?

I like companies that are cool enough to have a bit of fun on April Fool's Day. At Intel, every year on April 1st they would put all kinds of wacky stuff on the internal company website (called "Circuit"). And yet, every year, *someone* would think it was real.

Same here. Family is the most important thing we have, nothing else comes close.

I would, but the pharm.d needs to be completed within 6 years. Plus, I have to go to school full time to stay in the country as a student.

Gotcha. The 6 year plan seems like a rather silly rule. I get the idea that they want students to have continuity of instruction, but in this day of incredibly high tuition, part-time students are really common. The colleges need to have programs geared to the realities of today. But, even if they did, the immigration rules would still be a big problem. I guess the bottom line is they want fully-funded students to come into the country, pay the tuition, get the degree, then get out.

Love Abathur. Best character in HotS for me. That and the abandoned broodmother in the Protoss ship.

Very sorry to hear about your mother, eke. I really really wish her (and you) the best, and I hope things work out to where you can find some kind of understanding or compromise.

Since I finished Infinite, I've been reading the spoiler threads for it, catching clues I missed initially. Like the Twins and the coin toss scene early in the game. My mind is even more blown, now that I realize what that was all about. If Half Life 3 comes out this year, I can die a happy man.

Found one of my "Holy Grail" guns for sale: a .44 Auto Mag, complete with accessories and case. Now, if I can just come up with the huge amount of money required to actually buy it....

How long did it take to beat? I have the game ordered and it will arrive before the end of the week.

Took me 26 hours first play, then another 14 hours for the top difficulty 1999 playthough.
