There's a big difference between magic and magick (besides the "k").

Also, he calls Apple computers "MACs", and that's just wrong.

< Hey find me that guy's ip address.

< grabs phonebook, finds him an IP, Guy, dentist

I just got the CD today and finished ripping it maybe 15 minutes ago. So far it's a real winner. I can't help but love Gardot's voice

Great album; it's one of my favorites --- not sure why, but some people said it was a letdown over her original My One and Only Thrill album. I think it's equally as good. Anyways, I bought the 24/96 digital version, but it's probably not necessary, since half the tracks are just 16/48 upsampled.

Woman A is having a relationship with Man A. Along comes Man B and steals away Man A from Woman A. 20 years later Man B marries Woman A.

This calls for huh-what.gif

It was roughly 15 years later that their marriage came about. I had lost touch with her over the years, and  ran into a mutual friend who broke the news of all this to me. My initial reaction was something along the lines of , "What the  is wrong with her?" Then after a couple days I decided it wasn't for me to worry about....she made the proverbial bed, and now she gets to sleep in it.

To paraphrase the old saying, "May she live in interesting times." I've moved on....I have enough to worry about just taking care of myself, without getting entangled in someone else's soap opera.L3000.gif

I'm enjoying it more then her last album because it's so mellow and relaxing. Her voice carries the songs more then in her other 2 albums.

I deccided to snap an updated photo of my gear. That's everything I have less my IEM's. I should try figuring something out so I can include it. As always my gear is Mr Happy approved

Ok I've run across ampedup's stuff before on eBay. I nearly bought one of his amps once but decided against it due to I couldn't find anyone on here who had heard his cMoy's. So whats your impression of his amps? I wouldn't mind getting one of his dragon or tiger tin cMoys if they're worth the money sonics wise.

Sounds good, nothing negative to say about it. Being a 24V unit (mine is a dual opamp config & 18V) it sure does have some power, and it holds a charge for a really long time. Umm... there's no hiss or hum with sensitive cans. Since it's an opamp design it does have some congestion and limited dynamics, that's unavoidable, but for what it is it's a great value. IMO, I like taking it along with me more than my Fostex HP-P1, because it's so small and light (and snazzy looking).
