Ho hum, it's midnight it's cold outside, and I'm killing my last hour listening to my Sextettes before crashing. The small things in life really is what makes life worth living. The song Push by Garbage sounds great on these cans. Anyone out there have any recommendations on a powerful amp whose sound sig is similar to a BottleHead Crack?

@Watch-fi (that's what I'm calling it at least :P)
I have an older version of this watch:
http://www.amazon.com/Casio-GW500A-1V-G-Shock-Atomic-Solar/dp/B001AZXN4O/ref=sr_1_1?s=watches&ie=UTF8&qid=1361513679&sr=1-1&keywords=Casio+G+shock+atomic+solar

Only difference is that mine has white lettering. Haven't had the slightest problem with it in 7 years, other than the battery dying for the first time over Christmas break, because I didn't leave the house at all (due to sickness).

It may not be the most stylish, but I like the accuracy of digital over analog.

It's too bad it's 1) difficult to find the the states, and 2) when you do find it the quality of it just isn't nearly as good. The way they cook, prepare, and present it in Beijing for usually a mere 200 RMB for an entire duck in a mid-high class restaurant is honestly fantastic. And the skin. The skin just melts on my tongue.

I used to love duck. But then - and this is going to sound flaky - I saw some movie several years ago where they followed a bunch of birds on migration (can't recall the name - french film I think) and it kind of put me off duck a bit.

Chickens ... I have no problem with. biggrin.gif

I'll stand with you in solidarity. The Silent One hasn't eaten meat in several years...no cravings either.

I actually have a childhood friend who refuses to eat any kind of bird because she's emotionally scarred from when she was a child and her younger brother chased her around with a headless chicken...

What's March's theme? Can I use my amazing avatar I'm wearing right now for it?

As much as I like Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers should have easily won album of the year at the Grammy's.

It's just beautiful, effortless music. They make M&S, and most other music I've heard recently, sound contrived and scripted.

The best part is that I didn't get the urge to skip a single track.

This is my favorite track on the album, alongside Ho Hey and Big Parade:
