The diary entries of a little girl in her 30s! ~ Part 2 - Page 952

Personally I like a bit more meat on the bones. Actually a bit more than a bit. My friends think I'm slightly nuts, but I know what I like and I'm not self conscious about it. Of course personality is almost everything. A really horrible person is really horrible no matter how physically attractive I might find them.

Totally agree. Beauty is only skin deep. What really matters is whats on the inside. Still nice when you can have both ;).

Luckily I've never been the biggest fan of coffee. I know people who go nuts without their caffeine.... But when I do drink it's usually some sort of ice-coffee concoction. We've been making our own at home though in a blender. Adding vanilla ice-cream, milk, ice and cappuccino or mocha mix. Really good but not something I'd drink often.

You're absolutely right. I used to bring 2 or 3 quart bottles of Gatorade with me to work each day, and drink them down during my shift....and then start drinking whiskey right after my shift ended.

I used to do that too, but I came to a point where I couldn't afford to smoke and drink, and drinking was cheaper. Too bad it took more of a toll on the body.....lol

That stuff gives me a headache just catching a whiff of it from under dorm room doors. And there was quite a lot of that going on when I was staying on campus. Even if I for some reason wanted to smoke it (I don't), I don't think I could possibly get past the pain. Some goofs were lighting up right outside the classroom window one night, and I actually had to run down to the campus store during break to buy a bottle of aspirin because the headache was earsplitting.

I don't care what people do. I don't go out of my way to judge. Just keep the smoke away from me.

It was deep fried, served with chilli sauce and smells absolutely awful, like rotting garbage or something. It's incredibly delicious.

Nowadays when I go back to Hong Kong all the street vendors have disappeared (I think it has something to do with food safety laws) and there are only one or two shops that sell smelly tofu, I suspect because of complaints about the aroma. The places where it's still sold, it isn't very smelly anymore and it doesn't taste as good - it does seem that the smell reflects the length or strength of the fermentation I guess. Sigh.

I remember going to one of those street vendors in Mongkok or something? I remember its somewhere on the red MTR line tongue.gif

Can't argue with you there. It's never good to impede upon other people. Thing is I wasn't such a bad pot head. Graduated with honors as well ;). I smoked for recreational purposes with friends or after a long day of school and work to settle down ;). I never went to school or work under the influence... Goodness I wouldn't be able to function lol.... In this instance it's the person. When I hear people say weed makes you stupid, lazy and irresponsible I think its all BS. It's the persons core values. People not taking responsibility for their own actions and using something to blame their shortcomings on....

Shouldn't a distinctly skeletonoid figure such as yourself find this attractive?

Before I put it up on Ebay, would any of my fellow diary-ers be interested in a gaming laptop? It's not the newest model you can get, but it runs all new games respectably. Some pics:

Specs:

Nvidia 9800m GS

C2D P7350

4GB RAM

1680x1050 HD screen

Native Overclocking

Win 8 Pro.

If a diary member buys it I'll throw in my copy of Office 2010 Pro.

I'm looking for around $320 shipped.

Let me know!

Interesting. In my experience, most people seem to find cigarette and cigar smoke more bothersome than .

Well, you're bound to be healthier overall with your clean-living ways, and as a side bonus, you'll have more money for audio gear as well. smile_phones.gif

I agree cigarettes are so much worse personally. I get a headache around cigarette smoke. Doesn't help when you have a choo choo train living in the house :P
