Either they're admitting that vinyl is worse than CDs, they really do think they're magically adding information that isn't there anymore, or they're just stupid.

I love the last remark ;).

Haven't tried ordering it yet but I've now angled my beyer gel pads I used using a combination of cut melamine foam (ever useful!) and some cotton to stuff into smaller gaps. Sounds damn good in the end LOL. I should take some pictures of this but am too lazy.

So jgray did you get the tracks? Curious to hear your impressions regarding them and the Cross-feed feature on your Amp. Do the tracks exhibit a more extreme sense of channel shift?

I saw them getting downloaded, but then it vanished before I copied them. ??? Weird.

I'll restore them. That means someone else grabbed them by mistake :P. Try check again. Should only take a few minutes to reappear.

Got them, and copied them elsewhere. Thanks.

I just about fell off my chair while laughing when I read that review.

I should have probably been doing something else but I spent almost the entire day reading data sheets, tutorials, example code, and similar material so I could come up with the parts I'd need for a completely over the top pre-amp/source-selector/head-amp based around an Arduino controller.

I'm thinking something like 6-in/4-out with one out being a built in head amp, individual digital volume control and mute for each out, assign any in to any out and let them all run simultaneously unless a particular out is muted, assign one in to multiple outs simultaneously, balance control, switchable crossfeed on at least two of the outs, individual 16 character by 2 line LCD status displays for each out, and all functions controlled through both remote control and front panel buttons.

I'm also considering adding a mixer so that any two ins can be summed and fed to any one out.  That will probably need another display too.

This is in addition to the list of parts I've been putting together over the last week or so in order to prototype some tube circuits.

I must be certifiable.  In the bad way.

Let the speculation begin...

They are so many jokes I want to make.

It would also be pretty hilarious (in a sad way) if that was real and he was really getting made fun of for using them.

You can never tell these days :P.

I tend to be pretty aware of what is common use in the English language. While my native language does have an influence on my writing, I would not consider it any more than subtle.
