So here I am, my LCD-2s are out with my cousin as we've swapped for his HD800s again like we do every week during when Galician Literature Day occurs. And I've come to realize I'm really partial to the Audeze's lushness. Which leaves me heavy with regret. But it also leaves me with the realization that once I clean up my IEM stable I'd probably need something euphonic and lush to keep my perspective sane. Sure the cheapo M2 would usually do but now I'm feeling adventurous.

In short, 111 scratched out and looking more intently at the Parterre. Or the 5.0 or the 1Plus2 but that'd probably be more detrimental to my wallet and sanity.

Considerin that the powder would leave a light dusting in your canals every time you yank the phones and that the diaphragm is comprised of a reconstituted teabag, I'm sure that flex is gonna be the least of your probs.

And dude, 334. Mine just left the clutches of some sweaty, hamfisted mail sorter in the early AM. We could totally be 334 bros

Paramore.

SEE IT ALL FITS. I ain't no conspiracy nut!

On a serious note I'd love to talk about how I'm hankering for Sapporo Miso ramen but that'd just devolve into food talk again.

We just need to implant taste buds into the concha. Simple enough.

Dunno. I mean I love how they sound but what I'm looking for ATM is either something with really delicate bass notes or really visceral notes. Not in between. In this instance they'd be too thick to fit the criteria.

Also I can't really walk fast with it on for whatever reason confused.gif

It's obvious that you weren't fed the parable of Goldilocks as a child. Otherwise you'd know that the 334 is juuuuusssttttt right. And you can't walk fast with em on cause they make you appreciate the beauty of the moment. So ephemeral in nature...

I see the self-confirmation part of buyer's remorse is kicking in....don't mind me just playing devil's advocate

How many pounds of salt would be in 100 packs of ramen? I'm guessing about the same weight as the dry noodles... tongue.gif

TwinQY, I never know if you're posting stuff for the lulz or if you're actually serious. What the heck is Galician Literature? Now that I think about it, wasn't a Galician some old tribe that existed sometime around the early days of the Roman empire on the Hibernian peninsula which is present day Portugal and Spain. Holy crap, if I'm right that probably means there's some ancient Galician bloodline somewhere in my family lineage.

--------------------------

My advice, I say stay away from the 5.0. I haven't heard them but there's better products to throw down your hard earned bones on.

The latter involves quite a bit more of tropical fruit.

I'll be honest. I had spent two minutes on google trying to find the most esoteric holiday that happened to be today, and the Galician thing was today. Good on ya for picking up on that though! I had thought people would have just skipped that part.

A good rule of thumb is that whenever I say something that's too ridiculous to be real, it most often isn't.

I just realized I completely skimped out on mentioning Rhapsodio. Perhaps that'd be a good compromise when you factor in the price.

Supposedly the Rhapsodio R^2 is right there alongside the 1P2 at 1/3 the price ($400). I think only Swimsonny has got em so there's no one else to corroborate his opinion at the moment. Me and Soundfreaq were considerin' takin' a chance on a pair but we both get mired in some pretty great expenses (myself a pair of speakers, 334, and the upcoming ASG-2 and he, the 1P2 and Kaede). There's also ShotgunShane's upcomin RDB+ 2v1 tour that's gonna take place soon, so we'll get a few more varied impressions on those phones. I think Anakchan mentioned that the RDB gave the 1P2 a good run for its money or something to that effect.
