Ugh! I know... it keeps calling me, but I already have too many full-sized so after I unload some stuff, maybe!

When I'm cafe side wearing shades, it becomes easy to see on the iPad.

I've been contemplating that myself. If I could get say 150 for my ALO RX MKII, 140 for my UHA-4, 75 for my FXT90, 160 for my HD25, 120 for my M-80, 160 for my Q701, 70 for my UE700, 200 for my e-Q7 and 50 for my Sony XB700. I could easily cover that Fostex headphone. Problem is 85% of what I listed I like to much to let go, lol. It would be a huge kick in the teeth if I moved along all that gear only to get a headphone I didn't like. I wouldn't mind seeing the Q701, FXT90 and e-Q7's go though. I guess I could also let the UHA-4 and UE700 also go but I'd probably miss them. Everything else I have, forget it, I'm keeping them Fostex headphone or no Fostex headphone. Oh well, my Paradox shouldn't be to far off from completion. Maybe it will finally cure my upgradeitous

Oh, the Paradox is another one I would still like to try (to compare against the Mad Dogs...) Darn it!

Lol, just took notice of the R1-L but not sure whether or not it's similarly priced to the F111 (because of that REALLY good F111 deal that I dare not speak of lest the other FitEar nerds jump on it). Always late on these things.

And what about those CanalWorks? I should start catching up on my reading.

From what I've read and from what some of the flagship experienced regs on the thread have said they're supposed to sound pretty freaking good.

Wut?  You were serious about that?  biggrin.gif  Enjoy 'em.  Haven't run into one negative word about them yet.  And at that price, I think they are worth the money.

I just, just finished writing up his rec on the Portable thread....

...and he goes off to buy RE-400s.

:(

S'okay, he'll still be happy.

They actually do attach the recommendation thread links to the welcome PM nowadays, but there's usually a delay from when they first join and when they actually get it. And since most people just make the thread right at the beginning that's partly the reason why you see so many making new threads by the day.

Whatever it is they're doing to try and prevent it, it's not working.

Is this a sale price? I thought it was just random Amazon Japan price fluctations and a downward trajectory on the price of AT gear...

That's how Amazon rocks a sale.

Nah, you'll be happy with the RE-400s. That was the main one that I had started out reccing before Warren anticipated beforehand and ninja'd me.

Hahaha, in his case though, was very easy to rec as he wanted something Mad Dog like.

A couple of months back, midday just after lunch, I tried the massive quote single post, normal_smile%20.gifwarrenpchi style. Nearly a full page worth... I handled it!

When I clicked "Submit" I got ph34r.gifthe Head-Fi Maintenance update screen.

I've been quoting a-la Warren style to Warren for the past week - seems to be working out.

Ergo presto -

Dam right they are.

One of the best part of being here.

Indubitably.

Whatever it is they're doing to try and prevent it, it's not working.

I'd PM them to suggest they PM them a tad bit faster or at least make it a default message already in the inbox when they sign up.

You get used to it.  Hey, if y'all haven't done so, you should subscribe to a_rec's channel.

Watching it is great fun. Best enjoyed with a glass of cool refreshing Coca-[redacted]

I was actually going off his HD600 thing. I forget the other thing I had mentioned.

It takes me too long to write posts to do the multi-quote thing. by the time I posted, I would be 10 pages behind and the next post would need to be even longer.
