SCE?  Thought that was only for down here?

If the site were that smart, it would have told me to stfu a long time ago.

Because I'm looking to rent wink.gif for the month of June ("310-323" area). This site needs to move product and needs your commentary. wink_face.gif

Fairly decent on its own. But, when carefully placed inside my Black Pearl Gaiwan, it becomes awesome!

If self-control is a muscle I think mine is vestigial.

LOL. It's a good thing I don't have money because if I did, I wouldn't have money. But I'd have stuff... and disappointed looks from my loved ones.

Well, I kind of buy things with the very strong hope that they will just take the place of something else in my collection. In this case if the ES10 is good, the MDR-1R will go.

I'm not sure if the shafts are any smaller than normal... as I do have other tips that fit it.  Anyway, do you still have said ASG-1?  I'm honestly not using them (never have as I know they won't fit) so I could easily shove them in an envelope and send them off to you.  Unless you live in Bum**** Egypt, I would imagine that the shipping on that wouldn't be a big deal.

If you would do that I'd appreciate it absolutely greatly and put you in my profile or signature as being awesome. It'd be like having a seat named after you at Lincoln Center biggrin.gif

I'm assuming that almost everyone here has made friends with someone else here on HF by now.  Just wondering, did you guys ever think you'd become as good of friends with someone on HF when you first joined?  I'll be honest, I thought it was just forum where people just liked headphones.  Never even had an inkling that it would amount to anything remotely significant in the grand scheme of my life.  And yet...

Man. Compared to the forums I've been to, Head-Fi probably has the most friendly community. Letting others use their gears at meets and doing impressions for others and helping. Other places... not as much biggrin.gif

And the heavier the traffic where you live, the more annoying it is. I've never driven a paddle shift car - I would like to try it.

If I were racing at Indy, sure, I'll take the paddles, but otherwise I'd want a stick every time. As for driving supercars in the city, you probably wouldn't enjoy that, even in auto mode. They aren't traffic friendly, their brakes are rubbish in stop and go situations, visibility is horrible, and it's very hard to steer them at low speed. There are exceptions, I love my McLaren spider, it's about like driving an S-class Merc when I'm just tooling around (getting used to the throttle is the only real hurdle), and the Aventador is better than most, despite it being so damned big. And the NSX is good, like a smaller, faster Integra. However, just about all other exotics have serious trade-offs and shouldn't be purchased as DDs, unless you're just a masochist. wink.gif

Couldn't have said it better.. Aventador... uses the suspension for formula cars or something of the sort if I remember correctly :>

Doesn't look pretty.  This is the sealed version right, also the graph label is A2000 minus the X.  I've only heard an A900 before but it kind of reminded me of this graph, lack of bass extension and peaky treble.  Mids were pretty clean though.

You make it sound like a bad thing.  Unlike the 1R, the ES10 will love you back.  And how can you put a price on true love?

Yeah, that part totally caught me off guard.  And if you think people are nice online, you should try going to a meet.  Ima tell you all something that you may not believe, but Anaxilus is a kind and helpful guy, seriously.

LOL  biggrin.gif  at least you're not putting them at the beginning of your sentences.  Because that would just be cray cray.*

*cray cray is slang for crazy, just because I know you're gonna ask.

So - you only get the "green" electrons coming over the wire to your house? Wow - that's a good trick... tongue.gif

I thought so too!  What it really is - they agree to purchase an amount equivalent to whatever I've used from a clean and renewable source, after the fact of course.

I've kind of wondered about the ES10 myself. I look forward to your final video review.

If you do that, won't the sale price be gone by then?
