There is a link under the Support menu at the bottom of the website for the owners manual.

I contacted Phil last night HK time via email and he was like real time replies! Anyway Phil was extremely sorry, and offered me 3 options which I have accepted one.

Mistakes do happen and I'm generally happier now.

I have no problems with Cosmic, let the honeymoon period commence.

Cheers all.

Can we know what the selected option was? :)

And yeah, Phil's communication is excellent.

Didn't even know that was there, thanks. It wasn't there the last time I checked the website, but that was a while ago.

A bit off topic but, does Theorem gives horrible hiss with sensitive c/iems?

Had anybody here tried Portable amps made by RSA? If so, can anyone opinionate on whether it would make a great combination of the Fiio X3, the RSA Tomahawk, and HY3's. Also has anyone here ever bought an amp or audio components from classifieds here on Headfi? Are they dependable?

I'm going to consider my options but I'm leaning towards CE when the time comes. My only problem is that I think CE can't do custom artwork yet or that was the case a few months ago but perhaps things have changed since I see some of you guys now have initials engraved on the inside.

Yes no custom artwork. I wanted it but CE don't offer it for now. Still waiting for the repair on my Ba4

It is not horrible hiss but it does hiss. Its audible when no music is playing and in quiet passages when listening at very low volume. The balanced out is supposed to hiss less but I dont have a balanced cable like that here for the moment.

It is too bad. I mean the T720 is a premium product that can change the game but it hisses with many c/iems. If it was a regular portable amp for around 200 euros I wouldn't mind but for that price I do have a problem with the hiss.

WoW, Phil is here. Welcome to the Head-Fi and I wish you luck against all those hungry customers and their requests, including mine: Any news about your incoming flagship?

Hi Phil, and welcome etysmile.gif
Its great to see you post here.

I really like the look of the plugs on the new cables, a big improvement over what's usually offered with CIEM's.

I also really like the little CE logo you're adding to the inside of the shells, subtle.

HOWEVER....there's a serious problem which I feel you should address as a matter of urgency.
