They are making sad D: I've contacted them like 3 days ago, and they haven't responded; and they have my earphones I sent back for an exchange. Klipsch y u no respond? Anyone have this problem too?

Why not just call them?  I called them once and was able to get someone right away (although they couldn't help me because I bought mine in Canada)

I did call them it took awhile though one hung up on me and when I emailed them they didn't respond =/ But, finally I got it.
