new little dot 3 can't get it to power on??

can someone help me, i got a LD3 and it should be plug and play correct? this is my first tube amp. the fuses look fine but i plug it in and nothing?? am i doing something wrong??

tubes come intact...just doesn't make sense.....HELP!

Have you replaced the fuse with another? from what i know they come with a spare. 

 

or check the power cable, try another one. (the LD forums is also a good place to ask for help)

If fuse is intact, try wiggling/replugging the power cord connector. I had a false alarm once when i thought the amp was dead, turns out to be a bad connection at the power cord.
