IEM comfort?

Hey guys,

 

I was wondering, do all IEM's feel (kind of) the same? I had a pair or MMDT, but I couldn't wear those for more than an hour, because it would hurt. I was considering the Heir Audio 4.Ai, but I don't know if IEMs are simply not for me due to the comfort?

I can wear my Etymotics with Comply Foam tips for 8 plus hours.

So no they are not all the same. Some hang quite a bit of weight on the outside of your ear causing pain.
