Best portable rig under $200-$250?

I've been looking around for a while now for a portable amp and pair of headphones/IEMs that will last.
Already I have.


Headphones:Audio Technica ATH-M50, Meelectronics HT-21, Meelec M9, M6, M16,M11, Audio Technica SJ-55 (about 4 days old)
 
Sources: iPod Classic 120GB 6th Gen, ipod Nano 1st gen 2Gb, iPod Mini 4gb 1st Gen

Amplifers: Fiio LOD L shape, DIY Cmoy amp, and a Fiio E5.

Currently I am using
iPod Classic> Fiio LOD L shape>Fiio E5>Sj-55/M-50 (depending on the portability needed)

Nothing too fab, 
But any ideas would be helpful.
So, ideally, i don't need a source, but amplifiers or headphones that would benefit.

if you could extend a bit over your set price, I suggest to look for a combo sets from Jaben

They have Nice portable rigs

One I like is with Heaven IV here

Get the E11 which is $58 and thats a very fair price for the quality of the sound imo.  Also the E6 is still a good step up from the E5 which I didn't really like (I have all 3 of the FiiO's) and its around the same price as the E5.

 

I don't listen to headphones but good IEM's that would be around the $200 mark are the e-Q5, R-50 or GR01 (they sound very similar), TF10, GR07 or EPH-100.  I own or owned all but the GR01 that I borrowed and out of though's I feel the e-Q5 has the best build quality and SQ but the TF10 and R-50/GR01 are very good also.  There's plenty of reviews on all of them so you might want to see if any of though's fit the bill.
