I am amazed at how much power it offers already for the LCD-3s and HD800s, but still plays the W3000ANVs so eloquently with zero noise floor (on MID level gain). I am also still amazed that I can plug in my IEMs into it and still hear no noise floor....that and they've (W4/SE535/UE10s) never sounded better.

 

Review will be a while...sorry. But the amp is a total winner if that helps. tongue.gif

In case anyone else wanted to know -- I was told the HE-5LE has been discontinued, but I was able to order a pair.

 

Also, the HE-400 will be arriving and added to the HeadAmp store in about 2 weeks.

 

So are the Stax headphones/amps, which I posted about in another thread here.

You might want to get a fell about the new updated HE-400 drivers (rev 3),  They don't seem to be well received like the (rev.2) version.

 

I think it's a campaign for Fang to go back to the older version (rev 2)
