Well logitech did pull that on me with my Z5500s. I had their flagship Z5300 (before the Z5500s) and told them I would not accept a lesser model. So I made them minus what I had paid for the Z5300 and paid the difference between the Z5500 from them. So I paid about $170.00 I think and got free shipping to my house :). If you aren't happy then maybe just accept the replacement and sell them and be done with UE. There are a lot more products out there that you may even prefer to UE.

meh, i did accept the replacement because i had no other choice lol.. and also they told me i didnt have to send back the triple fi 10 which is good because the only did wrong with them is the wire, so all i need to do is buy another wire ( which for no reason is very expensive). so yea w.e

LOL.  Well, at least it's just a cable problem, that can be replaced XD  So you got a "free" 600 out of it, not bad.  That is a model I did want to listen to eventually.  Looks very linear based on the raw graph:

I think that is ********.  Just because you found a good deal doesn't mean that the value and quality of the headphones is any less.   I paid a bit over 175 for mine, so I guess that is close enough for the UE900's.

I'm going to agree that it is crap.  At least he gets to keep his TF10s though, that's always a plus XD

That's up to you.  If you want to go after the 900s, the 600s were still offered to you, so there really is no reason not to XD

Honestly, I would go for it.  They already put the 600 on the table, you know you can't leave with less...  What do you have to lose XD

Say you feel cheated for exchanging a superior item for an inferior one (arbitrary to price).

Say you feel cheated for exchanging a superior item for an inferior one (arbitrary to price).

i actually told one of the supervisors that and she was like " oh since because the item is new, you can consider that as an upgrade"

i thought to myself    "wth is she talking about!"

Can or Can't...because I agree that the UE600s are a downgrade from a TF10...

Tell her the 600s drivers are inferior to the TF10.  Add the idea that the 600s have 1 driver (per ear) while the TF10 has 3.  Start playing a numbers game.

Pull the Sennheiser card on them ;). Since Sennheiser no longer produces the IE7s and if your IE7 is under warranty they will give you an IE80 to replace it. This is because it is their fault. Not yours. So try play that card on them and say this is their companies fault and general policy is when you can't match the item with an adequate replacement you upgrade them free of charge....

Tell them on their Amazon page they actually list the 600s as inferior to the TF10s...

LMAO that will do it. It's a known fact the TF10 was their flagship universal IEM. Give em hell. If not find another rep who will bow-down or be reasonable ;).
