Comply customer services have been good about it though, trying to to work out what the issue is and offering to send out a set of the smaller s400s...

I've noticed that my pair have different sized rings on the nozzles. The left side has a way bigger ring than the right side. Something I wouldn't really expect on a pair of iems that retail for $400. Anyway. On one side the included comply tips fit perfectly, quite easy to apply and doesn't stick in the ear. On the other side it's a struggle to get it to fit. Just throwing it out there. Hopefully the 400's fit better.

harsh dude, I'm guessing no insurance to cover it?

now you've got to find a suitably small flammable boat and give them a viking burial. Few headphones go out by losing a fight with a car.

I think more of a small marble mausoleum. I heard that they put up quite a fight and only lost to the car due to a technical KO in the last round.

Until I saw the bent faceplate (and read the post), I thought your UE 900 came apart due to QC issues :p  That really does suck though :(  I'm sorry to see that happen, the 900s are a great sounding IEM.

Email them and ask them if they can replace it for a price.  Wouldn't hurt to try IMO. The worst that can happen is that they'll say no :p

Are the parts still viable for a reshell?

Should i change to aftermarket cable? Or clean it? It is only 2 weeks old

I had the same problem, I think it's pretty common. Logitech said it was faulty and they'd replace it, but I would have to go through where I bought them from. All you need is some DeoxIT, mine work perfectly after cleaning/coating them with this stuff!

Comply sent me some of the S400s, but they seem even bigger, they don't even stay on?! Just slide straight off.

Might try the nail polish idea!

Reshelling them may change the sound drastically due to the functionality of the pinhole bore that was used.

The drivers are all crushed, I feel bad for them D;

I've tried the T-500 wich is the one suggested by Comply and I thought that they were to long for my ear canal, I've tried the large one and to put them backward on the nozzle and it worked for me.
