Can find them in retail stores yet, not willing to buy a pair online to try. Will give them a listen if they show at a head-fi meet near me though.
As owner of both the D5000 and the D600(recently acquired) I'd like to add in my opinion. The D600s is not a bad headphone per se, but I just prefer the D5000s (as of now). Do note that I've only had the D600 for about 5days, and they only have around 50hours on them. The D600 has a brighter sound signature when compared to the D5000's warmer sound signature, mids are more recessed, highs are more sibilant. The D600 has more mid bass but the D5000 has better sub bass(which is more important for atleast). I was quite disappointed by the bass on the D600s to be honest, i dont understand why denon felt the need to put so much emphasis on mid bass over sub bass(which denon has always excelled at). Dont get me wrong, the bass on the D600 is not bad, but the D5000 just does it much better. Overall they're somewhat different cans, the D600 is a good option if you want something for portable use, that can be driven quite easily. But i do think it is a bit overpriced at 500$, 300-400$ would be much more appropriate. Also the build quality of the D600 is quite a bit inferior to that of the D5000, the D600 has a very plasticky Bose esque feel to it, it reminds me a lot of the QC 15 in terms of materials used and general feel of the headphone.
I'd love to try those there Kenwooders.
Dang I'm sorry. I came across a couple of months ago looking at headphones. Figured they focussed on canada. That sucks it just points you to american retailers.
