That SEC title game was GREAT. Wow. Wish UGA had pulled it off, but super great game. Notre Dame has a better run defense than UGA...and they better play like it.

I had a feeling Nebraska might struggle with Wisco, but I sure didn't see that level of beat-down happening. My goodness. If Wisco plays like that in the Rose Bowl, Stanford better watch out.

I think we could very well see 120 points scored in KSU-Oregon. Which will be about 100 more than we will see in the NCG.

I am a PSU fan and i am quite unhappy with the decision of the NCAA lol. I mean, fine, a 2 year not 4 year ban from bowls would be fine. But striping them of a national title? Come on! It's not like the players played harder cause of the situation, or won because of it! I don't think the players were like "Hey guys, if we win, I get to have some good fun with jerry afterwards ;)"

Penn State was not stripped of a National Title. Wins were vacated back to 1998. Penn State's last pseudo title was 1994 and last undisputed title was 1986.

Penn State school administrators and coaches covered up child rape for over a decade. This is the worst crime in NCAA history. Penn State could have easily received the death penalty. Penn State fans should be happy they even get to play football. Even better, they have a solid coach that should keep the team solid, both on and off the field, for the duration of the penalties.

Looks like the early line on BCSCG will be ND -7 to -9.  The GA/ALA game may have been the actual CG. That was a great game even though I was pulling for GA.

I don't think that should even be mentioned here. We all know who lost in that scandal.

Yeah let's please not go there.

My Northwestern Wildcats are going to play Miss St. in the Gator Bowl. I'm happy with that. New Year's Day bowl versus an opponent we at least have a chance against. Much better than playing A&M in the Capital One which is what seemed likely last night. Seems the Big Ten and SEC lobbied to have their conf champ game losers not fall too far in the bowl order, so Nebraska plays UGA in the Capital One. I'm fine with that.

I hope Wisconsin wrecks in the Rose Bowl, bring back some pride to the Big 10. I dont really know why we are adding so many damn teams lol but w/e i guess

You must be like, clairvoyant and stuff. As a very long time Sooner fan, this is going to be a tough game, imo.

That OU - A&M game is one of the better non-BCS bowls, IMO. LSU-Clemson in the Chick-Fil-A and Nebraska-Georgia in the CapitalOne also look enticing.

The NCG, Fiesta w KSU-Oregon and Rose Wisco - Stanford also look like fun games.

Meh. I'd have voted for Te'o. Great stats for Johnny, but I don't think he is the best player in CFB. I'm not convinced Te'o is either, but I actually think there is a better argument for him.

Beating Alabama did it, he was brilliant in that game. Having gaudy numbers, better than Tebow and Newton, in A&M's first year in the SEC, didn't hurt either. I think he deserved it, no one put more heart into their game this year. He lifted A&M onto his shoulders and led them, and that's what it's about, who is most valuable to their team. IMO, that's Manziel. This may not be his last Heisman and they'll be national title contenders next year.

I think it actually helped being a Freshman.  Mixing it up from the usual and customary also worked in his favor.

I'm not happy that UCLA and Boise have to play unranked patsies in their bowls, and I would love to see Stanford and Florida somehow break with tradition and play each other. But I agree that there are some compelling matchups as well. Particularly looking forward to the Fiesta, Cotton, and Alamo Bowls, as well as the BCS game.
