The entire Royksopp Melody AM album. The entire album is very well engineered/produced/mastered and is conceptually brilliant.

Good taste my friend. The A-side of the album is also a plethora of sonic textures and moods for headphones to chew on. Time flies is just remarkable.

I guess my tastes speak for itself don't they?

Older music (from 2005>) tends to be mixed and mastered better than it's newer counterparts. Here's a link to a good article on why.

Some new albums that have surprised me are the new Ed Sheeran album, +, and Janelle Monae's the ArchAndroid. They don't have much dynamic range compression.

By the way, OP, you are a brave soul for having Beats in your avatar. Surprised you haven't been decimated yet.

Muddy Waters'  Folk Singer HDAD DVD audio. This thing is unbelievable.  It's like having Muddy, Buddy Guy and Willie Dixon sitting right next to you. You can hear the slide hit every fret. This is truly a demonstration quality disc.

Here are "some" songs that belong in either the eargasm, goose bumps or the WOW category. It might seem long, but believe me, this is the severely shortened version. I've highlighted some of the songs with bold lettering to designate songs that I recommend definitely checking out. Most of those aren't too obscure but a couple of them might be a bit difficult to find.
