What will you be using to amp the HD600?

either the NFB15 or the asgard + HRT MusicStreamer II. I'm still deciding if the second option is worth the extra money.

If you have a decent dac you probably wont be able to tell much of a difference unless you have really revealing headphones.

Haven't directly compare them. However, the HD 558 was designed to have superior soundstage.

I don't have the 558s but I do have the 598s and the sound stage feels bigger than the hd600.
