Just Plain simple ill buy the DT 770 Pro 250 , i want to know which Portable amp (see here can could prolly fit in my pocket ) i should use . (0-100 , i can go to 130 BIG MAXIMUM if its worth it )
I know theres a thread with 8 review for 100$ and less but lots of people say E11 won't be able to keep up with 250 ohms so i'm asking opinion of people with 250 ohm headset if possible !
-Portable
-Could enhance my music (Metal)
I'd prefer the built-in battery but i can look up past that
I really like the look of the jds labs ampli , Or any custom one to be honest
I live in Canada if that can affect the price (Shipping etc etc )
Thanks again!

The E11 is actually likely to be enough for metal (limited dynamic range, so less peak power needed), if you do not need very loud and ear damaging volume. There are definitely people who use it with 250 Ω DTxx0 headphones, and claim that it sounds fine. I would personally just go with the E11, too. However, for extra power at less than $100 price, you could try the cMoyBB, but make sure that you get the version with 2x9V batteries and 2xTLE2426 rail splitters, otherwise it is not an upgrade from the E11 in terms of maximum power output into 250 Ω.
