AKG Q701. Apparently, it was shaped to fit my head perfectly, so I don't have any of the "bump" issues.

The most comfortable headphones are the Sony Qualia.

Bose QC15 or Sony MDR-F1

Restating myself, the K240 Studio is very nice. I have been listening to a great but uncomfortable headphone for a while and my ears are very sore. All of my other headphones hurt my ears because of this... except the K240 Studio. I still can't even feel them on my head after a while.

The two most comfortable that I've owned are #2 Beyer dt990 and #1Seinn hd598....

The LCD3 were amazingly comfortable when I tried them at a meet the other day.
Still think my HD800 is the most comfortable.
Strangely enough mine fit differently than my friend's HD800.

I owned two pair of d5k. The second pair fit better and was also more comfortable. Go figure...
