Just impressions:
After some days with 2 newly acquired amps (T1 and the Glacier), the Apex Glacier gave me the chills, even more than the DX100 used to, esp. in the music instrument separation. The micro details are there, but with some songs , I noticed clips and some noise while listing, so I thought it must be the Glacier, so I muted the Volume....No Hiss or interference or whatever...it was just revealing the tracks with so much clarity, that I could make a bad recording from a good one...I never thought I could hear this from a portable amp. This makes the Glacier, unfortunately , unbearable with some tracks , while the T1 amp is more fun, esp. with my Sen. 598 (which I find it so neutral and totally underestimated here at Headfi) which sounds amazing , not revealing, but amazing as in enjoying almost all my tracks with this amp/can.
Technically the Glacier is better ( but double the price) , but the T1 does a very good job in keeping you in the "Music moment", many times I went continuously for hours, without any irritation. There are cheaper amps out there, but I doubt they are refined like the T1 to be enjoyable.
It loves my JH16 (could not make any background noise), and it added something that made them sound , not better, but (just can’t describe it easily) more engaging and relaxing, with a fine detail, but not overshadowing or emphasizing this detail.
The T1 is one of the most "Fun" amps I listened to, it just works, simple and clean---->
Just saying I love Utada. Kingdom Hearts got me into her music. Amazing. Her none speed up/ altered version is sooo good. <3

.....holding your nice 1plus2 in anticipation for the new version and how possibly it good sound better than what you have, and making all excuses not to buy it.....forward couple of months..now you have the new updated version of the 1plus2 and thankful you got it....so on....
