I have both and the quick comparo would be:
RWAK100: Portable, Analytical, dual SD slots. Playlists, FLAC and ALAC up to 192/24, has trouble with bigger 'cans. EDIT: No gapless.
C4: Bigger, warmer, crazy-ass soundstage, single SD Slot, "Play Error!" (Which stops continuous playback), only plays WAV up to 192/24 (everything else can only go up to 44/16), can drive cans like the LCD-3s well.
SQ wise I really like the C4 better but portability-wise I like the RWAK100 better. I keep the C4 for serious home listening and the RWAK100 for on-the-go listening with a small cellphone case you can clip to your belt. Both have no "true line out", but the RWAK100 has its optical out.
