By the looks of his trader feedback,

the M50s, DT770s, HD280s, the Zune, and another are most definitely sold.

I believe this thread on the Audio Technica ATH-M50 explains the modification, which is essentially removing the fixed cable at the headphone cup level and installing a jack so one can use various cables with the headphones.
