Vmoda M80 vs Beats Solo HD - Page 2

Before I bought the M-80, I had tried Beats MIXr by " David Guetta . "

The bass on the MIXr is perfect , not a typical heavy bass Beats, but It is pretty solid and feels 3D. I just wish they tweaked it more on the mids and highs, but this model is much better than the mids and high of the other Beats models.

Comparing the Beats Mixr to my current M-80 , I prefer the bass of the Mixr and the Mids and Highs of the M80. If there is one headphone out there that has the bass of the Mixr and mids and highs of the M80, this will be my perfect cans!

Both are on the ear type and I find the MiXr painfull to wear for a long time specially if new. The M-80 is a lot comfortable to wear even when new.

BTW, the Beats Solo HD does not sound as good as the Mixr. Mixr by David Guetta has a brighter mids and high compare to other Beats model.

I'd say go for the Mixrs if you want bass. I own them. They are really a great pair of headphones (even though I'm saving up money for Sennheiser Amperior).
