Hey guys... just noticed that the price of the X1's was down to $299 (got mine last week at $350).
I looked around online and people were saying that Amazon had a 30-day price guarantee for situations like this, so I contacted Amazon customer service.
They told me that the policy is valid if the price dropped within 7 days of the DELIVERY DATE of the product... and it has been 11 days since I got mine so they said they won't refund the 50 dollars.
They said I could return the headphones for a full refund and re-order them for the lower price if I wanted to... which I found pretty annoying.
What do you guys think about this? Should I even go through all the hassle?
Haha, I got boned too. Bought mine 10 days ago. Seems ironic that the reason I got them 10 days ago and not 7 is because I had them shipped with Amazon Prime. So, basically, if I didn't pay for the Amazon Prime service, I'd have a refund.
