The funny thing is the Solo already has 14 hours of battery life, ditto the ALO National I sometimes pair it with, so the 18 or whatever hours of the Theorem is not a huge attraction for me, ignoring 3 stacks vs. 2 etc. When I need more power, that's what the M8 is for, notisthstanding it doesn't give 14 hours. I mean, you can't have a big engine supercar and still get the mileage of an economy car.
Very well put. HiFi-M8 is similar to a cross-over vehicle. It's almost as if it takes a little bit from cars and a little bit from trucks. It's neither AND it's both. It's a new product category, introduced to meet people's changing real-life needs. This is why people sometimes have a hard time comparing it to other products out there.
