For sale is my Audio-Technica ATH-AD700. They are a few years old now but still in excellent condition, as you can see from the photos. They were purchased from an authorised Australian dealer and I am the first owner.
Only blemishes are some slight corrosion on the silver part of the plug (not the jack itself), a small, barely visible dint on the left metal shell and some wearing on the velour pads. None of these affect the sound, which is still excellent for a headphone of this price! I listened to them again last night and they still compare quite favourably to some of my more expensive headphones (eg the Beyer DT250). They have a pretty smooth and airy sound and are not fatiguing at all in my experience. Plus, they're the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned!
These generally sell for at least $150 AUD taking into account shipping, often more, so you're getting them for almost half price. I will ship for free anywhere in Australia including insurance. Happy to arrange pickup if you're in Brisbane.
