Bought new from Monster on 2/28 and in perfect condition.  (NOT REFURBS)
 
Includes everything as new, box, still sealed and unused super tips, CD and both carrying cases.
 
I have had no issues with these as far as build quality and they have only been used at my desk.
 
I will include the email receipt from Monster for warranty purposes and would be happy to help with any warranty issues.
 
Asking less than I paid for them and I'll cover shipping and paypal fees so $135 shipped CONUS.
 
Not shipping outside of US so please don't ask.

Meanwhile I`m sitting here in the cold north reading for exams without these earphones...
