Unable to change firmware in HiSoundAudio Studio player.

Hi,

 

When I try to change the firmware on my Studio I run the .exe from the device but the pop-up screen then searches twice then asks me to to connect the device......it's already connected - what am i doing wrong??

do a search, plenty of threads here about Studio firmware, or contact the very helpful Jack,
