Valhalla Problems! Someone Help!  

Hello everyone, I just recently purchased a Schiit Valhalla on the FS forums a few days ago and noticed only the right side of my headphone works when I use the Valhalla. The headphone is a brand new Sennheiser HD650, and the same problem happens when I hook up my Sony MDR-V6's to the Valhalla. If I run the headphones straight to my Fiio DAC or straight to the PC/Macbook Pro I don't have any problems. I suspect the Valhalla is the problem. I have already emailed the seller but want to ask if anyone knows a fix to this issue! I do have a soldering iron and possess basic soldering skills.

I'll try that now, thank you so much for the reply! Umm when you say move the tube do you mean take the two bigger tubes and move them places or the little tubes? I'm sorry if I'm a tube amp idiot but I don't really now what to do! I'm flipping out!

I moved the tubes around and the left side still won't work. I went in windows settings and Reltik audio settings and set to left only and I had to turn the nob to like 5pm (the whole other side) before I heard a faint sound in the left. It was faint and quiet.

Should I unscrew the Valhalla and take some photos of the insides for you guys? Perhaps that might help?! Not quite sure what to do!!!

nvm, Heatfan beat me to it!

Wait do you mean swap out the current tubes with new ones? I don't have any other tubes than the ones the seller (Gloomfire) gave me. Do I need to buy new tubes? All I did was move the tubes (2 big tubes and 2 littler ones) from each place and put in each others socket. 

I am really sorry if I'm a idiot but I'm not too familiar with tube amps.

Hey I did change out the interconnects, but I'm still having the same problem.

Like Heatfan I don't have a Valhalla so I don't even know if front/back is a possibility, but I kind of doubt it because they are different tubes.

I didn't switch front to back lol they are different sizes. I just switched the little ones front left to right and now I will try the big ones.

Wait a minute. Is it possible the tubes are broken from shipping? The little white thing inside the tubes (the white thing that has pins on it that glow) is kinda bent and kinda smoked/dirty. Hard to explain will post pictures!
