D7000 or waiting for the D7100?

Should I just go ahead and buy the D7000s or wait for the D7100s to come out and read some reviews on them first? Does anyone know if they will have the same sound signature considering they have a new group designing and engineering the new line.

Well yes, yes it is. But I suppose the point of a forum is to garner opinions and knowledge from others so one can make a better choice or become better educated on said topic.

 

Anyways... what I'm trying to get at is this: Does anyone, at this point, have any knowledge or first-hand experience with the D7100 so I can make a choice on a pair of headphones?  The only review I have found seems to be someone that may possibly work at Denon.

After reading a few threads, I decided the D7100 were not my type of headphones. There's a bunch of mixed impressions in there.

When it comes to headphones don't put too much faith in written word.

Agreed, and that applies to most sound reproduction gear for me. Ppl told me the Hifiman Hm 601 has poor sound quality... it sounds WONDERFUL and very clear and detailed so I'd try em and make sure there was maybe a return option... of if u can afford them just sell em to sone one who wants them!
