i dont have much storage left . to me its she3680 or es18 , if you go a bit up in the price ladder there was 9850 and hisound crystal , now gone .

Well, i have one (ES18) and have ordered the other (3582) :P

I don't know why i am not content with my existing inventory. I just feel like getting more headphones ( I dont know if the same happens with you too).

I will hear out CB25 (got good reviews on amazon), SHE 3575 and HJE 120.. The one find good, i will order a piece more of that headphone.

I am also thinking about getting Philips 3590, but with 3582 and 3575 already with me, i am a little skeptical.

I am also getting HJE 140 under 500 (these things were around 900 when it launched). The offer is tempting but there is a reason why the price is coming down drastically :)

go for hje290 , change the tips to philips or use the biggest tips . they are 700 . drop the 3590 . do me a favor drop the 140 too , they are just not for your bass needs . i have them man , i hear them only in a red moon day .

go for hje 290 from croma store .

cx200 is too muddy . and not clear enough .

Hmm.. Looks like its Panasonic HJE290 then :)

Does it have a deeper bass, the HJE 290 one? How's the sound quality in comparison to ES18 and EB110?

hje 290 got more resolution , deeper bass , not boomy , ample but not like es18 . clearer then es18 may be . i will write back at 5 maybe earlier , let me pit these two against each other .

is it bad ? i like to compare . i got the 290 recently . so here it is . 290 is a less aggressive , more forgiving , less rigid , smoother es18 . bass has better decay , less boomy too . and lacks the extra energy of es18 at mid-high and high . is darker and cold . its a good phone on its own . and its a bit less grainy too .

es18 seems to emphasize some instruments more but its not the case with 290 .

not at all... its excellent i think..

Plus, i am happy you are doing it for me...

So, you are saying ES18 is better. Right?

nearly the same . es18 has its pluses and negatives too . dont rush , wait for the 120 and 3575 . and the initial take in hbe120 is , lack depth but has bigger bass then 290 . nice clarity .

The sound quality of HJE 120 is very good. It is not that bassy, but its audio reproduction is fantastic - clear and soothing.. Now i understand why people on Amazon are going gaga over this headphone. At 250 rupees its a steal.
