I guess you are a music junkie like me. Just the case that no one stops you from buying different headphones. My brother is chasing to kill me for ES18 :p But i find it very good. I am sure it would sound better with time :)

But jokes apart, you are saying that Philips 3590 and Memorex EB110 should give great bass and beats... Right?

And what about Memorex CB25?

Both are available under 400....

i have tried just 3 models , one is eb110 , the cheapest one with nice amount of bass , not over doing , really nice mids and sound stage ( sense of sounding open ) , not like she3590 , and highs are there too , other two are eb300 which i like the most and the ie400 . all these models are discontinued . eb110 is in stock though . if you are after pounding amount of bass this may not satisfy you , cuz even if the bass is not lean it wont pound like ep600 because of its faster decay and lesser amount . i just wanna say , if you want clarity musicality and wanna enjoy your music , beats , this is the best in its price range . beautiful sounding phones i must say .

and yes es18 will improve with time , with burn-in , bass will increase , highs will come down . and if i compare es18 with eb110 , eb110 will top the es18 on transparency layering and forwardness , es18 is laid back , it wont attack but hurt if you are treble sensitive . which eb110 wont . but es18 has a bit more details to it , because of its more prominent highs .

you can try the cb25 , i dont think they will disappoint . is your brother after you cuz you bought es18 ? or he is after the es18 ? this time buy him one too , two eb110 in different shades will do . and , i in my whole life have never tried a skullcandy , and might never buy one too . they are just bass bass and bass , nothing else , no clarity no transparency no details nothing . no offence man but all the skullcandy earphones are crap . some of their headphones are good .

just a few album recommendation for you if you listen to english pop songs , will.i.am - willpower , and wale - the gifted .

eb300 could have satisfied your bass needs but they are out of stock every where .

none taken, they look crap :P

But bass is too high, which in some cases is good but obviously the treble suffers miserably in SkullCandy. So no more SkullCandy :)

And that was a joke. I am safe and so are my ES18. He just thinks i am going crazy (for purchasing so many earphones lately. He thinks one is enough). And SoundMagic ES18 are good, actually. Like i said before, i have seen drastic improvement with a little burn :) But i do miss the mic button (more than mike) to play n pause songs.. n even change songs :)

And Memorex... never heard much about them before.. Philips 3582 and 3590 are not getting great reviews too.... so, confusion.. confusion...

And i will listen to them. In case you want to listen to some soothing tracks with meaningful lyrics.. go for John Mayer.. my all time fav :)

dont think much , its as complicated as you make it , go for eb110 , they have a brighter sig and are mid forward , easy on ears , and comply foam tips makes these a gr8 value . if you are after controls you can go for rp-tcm125 , the replacement of hje-120 .

meaningful ? try try ben howard , passenger , Delilah - From The Roots Up , sade , grizzly bear , creed , and my fav jb ( not that fustin jiber ) james blunt . there are so many man , river boat gamblers , deer tick , meccabees , saliva , nick cave .

and one of the most recommended in 3 doors down . just download 3 door down - the greatest hits .

no idea about those two . but the ex300 has some good reviews .

wow... so many... thank you so much :) I really appreciate it :)

I will download all of em :) I love soothing to ears kinda music, no matter the language :)

So, the final choices are Sony EX 300 (getting it for 300 bucks), Memorex EB 110 and Philips 3582... would you still go for eb 110?

btw, which earphones are you using currently?

just be aware that ex 300 is not that cheap , it can be a fake one . i still think eb110 is a good choice .

not necessary but it can be , it was a bundled one , it was not sold separately , it can be obtained for cheaper price , as i see its available at snapdeal , i think its not necessarily fake . cuz these sites wont sell fake thing .
