-Liquid Zombies

-Liquid Tinnitus

-Liquid Ice

-Liquid Water

-Liquid Assets

-Liquid Liquid

-Liquid Solid

-Liquid Shampoo

I pre-ordered one last night.  I didn't find the thread until today; otherwise, I'd have already posted here several times.  I got to give this a listen or two at CanJam, and I really can't describe how much I enjoyed this amp (at least not well).  It may just be enough to say that I've been rolling tubes since I was born.

I started collecting a few years ago when I got my into tubes.  good thing i still have a couple of weeks before it ship to come up with the rest of the money. biggrin.gif

Got a LG coming my way as well. Subscribed to this thread to read up on tube impressions.

biggrin.gif Really looking forward to your impressions.

Well, since the LG is all about the tubes, assuming the amp framework doesn't outright suck, everything else would have to do with the tubes used, so I'll take a pass on this one. But hey, feel free yourself biggrin.gif

I'm still not sure which cans to get. At this point, it's most likely a toss-up between LCD-3 and HD 800. I really wish there were something that combines the strengths of both, like, say, a LCD-800 or a HD 3

I thought you were out of the headphone game?

The LG ->LCD-3 is a tremendous combo, perhaps the only one I felt did justice to the headphones (though as you say it's tube dependent.)  The Paradox has also been reported to work tremendously with it, but I have yet to hear it for myself.

You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
