reshells option as far as i am aware are:

Open another earphone that you dont mind sacrificing -

  • either one that splits down the middle e.g. Westone. and use that
  • either one that unscrews e.g. fischer audio Toughstuff TS-9002 - excellent shell  and rewire to use

Im sure the other headfi people will be able to give advice also, but this question will need to get move to the forums if further diccussion is to continue
