Can someone post a couple of pictures how these headphones look on your head? What about isolation? Is it good?

Isolation is moderate. With music playing at normal levels you can't really hear the environment. There is no sound leakage.

Anyone tried the S400 yet?
They're certainly good looking headphones, it'd be interesting to see how they're tuned with the smaller 30mm carbon nanotube drivers.
my amazon order says no tracking information either, although the estimated delivery date of the 15-20th has remained unchanged. no clue.

Like LaRazZa said you got to go to the Japan Post site to track your package.http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html
"Enter your 13 digit inquiry number" then go.

Only getting them can tell but don't pay it much mind unless you want them yourself :/
Personal exp:
Most people that haven't gone on the hype train yet will use posts like that that compare the hype headphone to a set of popular set that they have and say that it's either better or it has qualities that at a price to performance ratio are better. Are they wrong? Not neccesarily. They could have just found the headphone of their near dreams. A headphone more suitable for them(the hype phones) than the phones they compared against. Each person is different but this is a recurring theme I see in threads on giant killing headphones where one member gets the headphones and utterly falls in love with it(nothing wrong with this) and thus compares it. However I also noted that that love sometimes isn't shared.
I'm waiting for U.S arrival to pick myself up a pair and see but if you are wondering with your statement, then wait and read some more or do the same :/

To be honest. My volume I burn my HA-S500 is actually much louder than 100% volume of the Z1060. So 90% should be just fine. My 85% in my burn station is around 115% or so of the max volume of the Z1060.
@DannyB. Wait till you get your velours on there. In the mean while burn them headphones in like they have never been burned before!! Burn with your best fire! Glad everyone is enjoying your new HA-S500.
In honor of hearing what you guys will be hearing here in some 120 hours of burn in.. I don't know what I like better the vocal clarity. the awesome imagery, or the detailed full sound.
Awesome find ericp10..I dump all the credits to you my friend. Thanks for enlightening these on us headfi guys.I've got close to 200 hrs of burn on mine, the vocal clarity and treble are putting up a heck of a fight with the FXD80 ...and then a volley of bass rumbles sets in on the track and the S500 quickly over-runs the FXD80.
Heck ! ...this is the first time I'm hearing on anything other than very high end speaker systems, which did justices to the digital cannons of Tchaikovsky 1812 Overture Op 49 (by the Cincinnati pops Orchestra) as much as it does to the quieter phases of the piece.
LOL ! ...Boom ! ....Boom ! Boom ! ...and you're hearing clearly the delicate clinks from the triangle as the beater hit it.
