Ha! It only took me 6 months to get over that "new android toy, exploring and installing apps" syndrome! Apps that I like related to audio: Poweramp, Tunein radio, Soma FM, Soundcloud, DI (digitally imported) radio, Mixcloud. Other apps that I like: too many lol!
My audio Android apps....Pandora, and just like you, Poweramp and DI.
Lol yeah it really is a great OS, having a lot of fun with it.
If you want more bass, tape the vents. Booooom! I find it too much with the stock pads, but perfect with the ath pleathers.
I like DI a lot, but couldn't bring myself to go for the premium service for the higher kbps. I am now checking out geko95gek's suggestions:
That man does not lie - awesome trance music at 320kbps. There is an android app for it as well, so I now am blasting it through my SGS2 and S500's - bassy and beautiful!

Listening to it now. I don't want to let this get to your head or anything, but that is fantastic! Sounds friggin' amazing on the S500's. NIcely done.
So, you somehow created that awesome "show". I have no idea how you would do it, but it's impressive. And I suppose that you had it played on trance.fm as well.
All I can say is.. very cool.
Here they are with my IHIFI8212V2 and my Samsung Galaxy Note II. They sound great on both, and surprisingly clean on the Note II without an amp. I'm about to put in order for three more

That's a big phone man lol And, I'm starting to covet it! I've been listening to gelo95gek's latest trance show on my SGS2 for, well, it seems forever, and it sounds amazing. If your SGN2 sounds any better... lucky you!
Crazy trance stuff. Crazy S500's!

Hey geko, thanks for that link. I definitely want do download them all at some point, but unfortunately at the moment I'm getting a bit low on disk space. Can you recommend a few tracks for now? Thanks.
I haven't bothered with the premium for either that or Pandora. If I listened to them with my headphones regularly, I might, but I usually just have them playing over speakers as background music.
Considering that trance.fm (a) seems to have awesome tracks and (b) is at 320kbps and (c) is free, I think I'm pretty satisfied for the time being - sounds amazing on my headphones and iem's. Same goes for mixcloud and soundcloud for that matter. And I have downloaded some of geko's tracks to my clip zip, so I can listen to them offline, and they are very good. Spoiled we are! :)
