Hmm, interesting, though I'd have to actually test it out before I'm convinced. the resolution isn't that great either. Considering how close the screen is, it could use a higher resolution. I wonder how big the 'screen size' relative to viewing distance. Like say, is it like a 70" set from 9 feet, etc.

Still, intrigued by this, and I'll be watching it closely.

It was only tested with doom as a real game it seems so we dont know how hd will go yet but the video more or less kinda said it wasnt a concern or something, as hd panels are easy to get(1280x720 in 16:9 ratio with progressive scan) and that gaming hardware is fast enough these days.

The video showdd that it was tested in various what seems to be self built enviroments as well. Im gonna guess those enviroments used unreal engine and or unity(probably not)
