Headphone amp for the Beyer DT880s 250ohmz

I was wondering what amp/dac would be good for these headphones, I have been looking at the Fiio E10s but I don't think that they would allow them to work at there full potential. My budget is around $100.

Corda amps from Meier Audio are always said to have a good synergy with Beyer headphones. You may consider their products although their prices are a bit over your budget. Perhaps a second-hand?

I understand Lecherton UHA-4 or JDS Labs C421 are good portable amps for DT660 and HD600.

How much more does the sound leak in the HD595s compared to the DT880s. I could hear my music almost all the way across the house, and it wasn't that loud with the headphones on.
