It's not lyrics in music that makes me cry, it's simply music that I find inspirational. Instrumental/electronic music is what's done it for me. It doesn't make me sad or anything and there honestly no way for me to explain it; it just happens. And I kind of like it.

Any specific examples? I love music that just does something to your soul, regardless of lyrics.

Still the most emotionally compelling, intrinsically powerful, utterly eargasmic piece of music I've ever heard - despite being entirely instrumental. This just brings the feels like no other for me.

Turn off the lights, put on your favourite set of speakers/cans/IEMs - & immerse yourself in the sheer inexplicable beauty that this song invokes so perfectly. Don't think - just listen.

It's most intriguing how different we all are. A track like this would all but put me into an emotional state; it hypes me up more than anything.

@blueangel2323 I'll get back to you; I'm on mobile at the moment.

Some of the most deeply moving music for me is by the Indian instrumentalist, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt.

One very personal song for me that has special meaning and always brings a tear or two is Oleta Adams',  "Get Here."
