Hey guys, just got word from Woo that they'd be back in stock over the weekend. I'm definitely grabbing one this time around.

Unless you can refresh their website every 30 minutes, don't count on it.

Hah. 21 pieces were available this time around. I guess that somewhat explains why it ran out of stock so quickly. Blox is no longer performing at the scale of a small company after all
Anyone else on Head-fi gotten it? I was just darn lucky to have seen it up for sales then.

They took my order. I subscribe to this thread so I saw it early in the morning when I checked email and immediately placed the order.

I would like to try to get one as well. Can someone who did get one post a review when you receive them?

Subbed.

I was able to purchase the BE5. Tracking says "Departure From Outward OE" on April 1 2:20PM Thailand time. Just wondering how long does it usually take to be delivered in the West Coast US.

Also, maybe this should be renamed into a general Blox discussion/review thread, not specifically the TM7...?

My M2C took three weeks, both times I purchased them, and the TM7 when I got them. I live near L.A.

Okay, So after getting some foams on them, I find they fit me well. Fit is stable and comfortable and gives a nice sound.

Obviously not much run in on them at this point but happy to say that I really like the signature and think these are much better than the M2C I had(an earlier version since it seems they tweaked them). Very fine for the $87 though you might want a pair of foams or two and maybe a case/pouch of some sort. No frills, a small box to what candy or Chiclets gum comes in and that's it. Still I think they sound much better than things I have had in the price range; $70-$99. PK2 was $79, MX880 was also around that much, even the Hisound Live(not much better but more a better signature and a better balance).

The signature is quite balanced with much lower midbass amount than the M2C had. Much cleaner in the bass and mids. Airy and open with a nice stage and refined treble. Bass and treble are in a good balance in both overall amount and extension. Detail is quite good but I expect some improvement. Less bass than I thought they would have but nearly the right amount. this may change as well if the driver loosens and moves air more. Mids are excellent. Well separated vocals, clean, emotes nicely but slightly(just not lush enough), no grain, not dry.

The bass, mids and treble are quite coherent and in good harmony. Hard to pick out if any is the focus yet all three draw your attention with some aspect. The refined treble that is nicely blended in but impresses with the quality and doesn't overdo it like many "audiophile" tuned buds do. The mids that pop when they need and do male and female equally proficiently. The even bass that is smooth, polite, and well behaved but quality and enjoyable, and not lacking in extension(for an earbud) or amount.

I'm interested to hear what changes will come!

Appreciate your first impressions on these BE5's. Can you tell us what setup you're using them with...player, are you using an amp, etc.

I thought I'd have a remote chance to purchase thse new blox's.They were sold out before I even knew they were up for sale.

My own M2C's seem to be going through changes in sound signature the more hours I put on them. I'm sure that will also apply to the BE5's. What I'm really anxious to know, once you feel they are broken in enough, is how they match up to the best earbuds out there.

Selling/trading my extra pair of ANV3se, so if anyone missed out on the BE5 and wants to get hold of some Blox earbuds here's your chance.
