Either Bottlehead amp.  If you have 650s or high-impedance cans in general, use the Crack OTL, otherwise the Sex 2.1.  However, I am not sure the Sex 2.1 will drive the Audeze or Hifiman cans that are the rave now.

How about Corda Jazz? it has some unique features and its under 500$.
