This is what I was talking about a few pages back. I've seen half a dozen of them being worn by athletes so far. Also saw two SOL and one Bose. I kinda hoped it was the athletes's choices of headphones, but this article confirms what I doubted.
How can they get by with such insulting marketing tactics? It seems like, again, they slid trough the first loophole they found. And they're not even being subtle about it. Still the crowd blindly falls for it, and will probably use this to reinforce their view that beats are the best headphones ever. "Cause if all the athletes use them, it's obviously because they're the best!"
