As a side note, I wanted to add that while it might seem I'm quite harsh on the DN-19, I'm not here to denigrate their efforts. From from it --- I come from the standpoint of hoping that the consumers' voice be heard when it comes to making improvements to products --- the DN-19 is almost there, and sometimes it's tough when I see that they're right there to get over the hump, and yet don't. DUNU as a company has actually been really great about listening to users' input, and I do see them improving year by year, and model by model. Here's hoping that the upcoming DN-20 and DN-21 will be much improved over previous models!

Thanks Tomscy2000.Appreciate that you use Higher standard to review DN-19. We take it as compliment. In the mean time, we still keep our eager to improve our product and our service. Consumer's voice is highly appreciate so thanks for the feedback. We will keep on developing more fun model.
We know we have much to do make our dream come true. That's it to provide Delicate, Unique and Utmost Earphone with good value.
