Current recs for earclip/behind-the-ear-band headphone for exercise

Are there any current recommendations for non-isolating earclips or maybe behind-the-head-band headphones?

For a long time, I used Koss KSC-35/55/75's. I ended up buying a pair every year, because they'd degrade. But then I broke one of my KSC-35 earclips, which I installed on every subsequent set of ear clips. The current KSC-75 clips are uncomfortable.

I ended up replacing them with Senn PMX 100's. They were more expensive but cheaper over time, as they lasted me a solid four years long. Alas, I recently broke them. I think they sounded better than the KSC's, too. A little bit less bass, but more midrange refinement.

I'm not willing to pay real money (say, $60 or more) for something that's really disposable for background music. I have other headphones (Denon D2000, Senn 580, ADDIEM) that I use when I want higher fidelity portable sound.

I also do not like wearing earbuds, and find IEM's unsafe for jogging, etc. And don't like things over my head either. Hence earclips, with behind the ear band headphones being acceptable as well.

That one looks like it has the same comfort issues as earbuds.
