I actually heard this was taken before beats. But nobody of his age/profession would be smart enough to use beats in a studio or professional environment.

They are instead marketed for 13yo kids hoping to get acknowledgement from their friends.

Would it be possible to get it on official Beats profile on Facebook somehow? I think there was something like "talking about me" section for "official" profiles. Not sure though, since I don't use FB...
