Black Mountain Cable

I sent them like 100 bucks before the weekend for some cables (bid on audiogon) through paypal and haven't heard back from them, despite sending a follow up email. The number provided at their site is disconnected, so I have become slightly concerned. Does anyone have experiecewith this company and know whether it just takes a little while or if Igot burned.
Same question applies for Adkins Audio (my 2 first winning bids from audiogon, and both are starting to haunt me)

I couldn't speak for Adkins, but BMC seems to go the extra mile in making sure customers are satisfied. It is curious their number is disconnected though.

I corresponded with them a while back when I was looking for power cords and they generally took a business day between responses. Going by their feedback though I don't think there will be a problem.

Contact paypal. If that fails contact Better business bureau http://www.bbb.org/

Keep in mind its only been 1 business day. Paypal allows you to file a claim up to a month after the transaction. I think taking action at this point would be a bit pre-mature.
If you don't hear from them by wed., that would be more reasonable.

Whoa, a little overreacting for 1 business day, isn't it? Typical ebay policy is at least 7 working days.

I certainly wasn't ready to take any official action, it was just when the phone number was disconnected I didn't think that was a good sign. Since my post I have recieved the following response from BMC (still waiting for Adkins, but as you guys said, it has only been like 1 or 2 business days):

Sir,

I don't know why the phone number would be out and will check that asap. I did receive your funds and will be shipping tonite/tomorrow. Sorry for any delay in responding to you.

I will await their arrival and let you guys know what happens, but I am starting to feel a little better. Thanks to everyone who had ideas.

Uhhh ........... cables?

Okay, I went over to audiogon, and I couldn't find this outfit. What kind of cables do they sell? Power?, IC?, Speaker?, tie down?

I've got a pair of their gold pinnacle ICs. Don't know if I like it yet.
